Delete your data
Any of these ways deletes everything SutraDhar holds about you. You don’t need to give a reason.
In SutraDhar (fastest, and certain)
Sign in, tap Disconnect Instagram, then Yes, disconnect and delete. Your data is deleted straight away.
From Instagram
In the Instagram app, go toand remove SutraDhar. Instagram is meant to notify us when you do, and we then delete your data automatically. We haven’t yet confirmed that these notifications arrive, so to be sure, disconnect in SutraDhar first. If Instagram gives you a confirmation code, you can check it below. Menu names can differ slightly between app versions.
By email
Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with your Instagram username. We’ll delete your data and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your Instagram access token
- Your connection details: account ID, username, name, profile picture link, account type and permissions
- Your sign-ins on every device
- Once message reading is on: every saved brand offer, every unsure message ID and your message counts
